Pickle Private Catering was set-up over four years ago by Sarah Knight. Following an eight-year career as a CIMA accountant, working as commercial analyst for Coca Cola Enterprises and Danone Ltd, Sarah decided to focus on her passion for food. In 2007 Sarah attended the acclaimed Leiths School of Food and Wine where she graduated with merit.
Charlie McCorriston joined Pickle in 2010 after ten years working in PR and event organising for brands such as Amazon, Warner Home Entertainment and The Institute of Cancer Research. After completing various courses at Leiths School of Food and Wine, Charlie made the career change to turn her passion in to her job.
In 2010 Charlie and Sarah moved their kitchen to a unit in Park Royal. It may not be glamorous, but we are perfectly situated on the A40 giving us easy access to west and central London and also to the areas surrounding London.
